Engineering Design
Pipe Prefabrication
Pipe prefabrication is capable of ensuring high quality, as well as fast and convenient installation, to significantly accelerate the installation progress at last.
In prefabrication, firstly according to process requirements, pipes shall be precisely cut to required lengths, and then bent by a cold bending machine (Partial non-standard steel pipes or large-diameter pipes shall be hot bent).
Upon the bending, pipe ends shall be formed by walform cold extruding or formed flanges in steel pipe flaring or notches in retaining rings. If necessary, pressure test shall be done prior to the delivery. Cleaning or external coating may be done in accordance with requirements proposed by the customers.
At last, utilize specified packages and protective measures, such as use pipe ends to block off prefabricated pipes, to ensure cleanliness of the pipes.
